Hiring toolkit for managers

I built a hiring toolkit with extensive documentation for content design managers on my team. This was used by all managers as they hired across geographies.

Goal - This initiative was to help managers have a guide to hire the best-in-class talent.

The structure of the toolkit is shown below. I created the entire framework and the guidance material under each of the pillars.
